It is possible to experience Mindfulness in different formats, depending on each context and request.

The classic program is 8-weeks long, one session per week.

It is possible, however, to request lectures and 'small bites' of mindfulness, semi-intensive sessions of 4 meetings of 3 hours each, weekend immersions, mindfulness for groups in companies, schools and institutions or individual sessions, and 1 day mini retreats.
